The key to really succeeding in and reaching any goals we aim for. This is a goal-oriented mindset that makes you get things done. We set gym and body goals for ourselves with the hopes to improve. Motivation is what keeps us going. Sometimes it can be difficult to stay motivated at the gym. We sometimes loose track along the way. Guess what, there are ways for us to stay motivated!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/l3mZcxZKIQemTeT9S\/giphy.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The first step to anything, make a plan! Whether is losing weight, toning your body, changing your diet, always have a plan. Without a long-term plan, you will lose motivation because you are going in aimlessly. A plan will help you prevent skipping gym days. Set routines for weekly plans. Make monthly plans rather than weekly plans (including your meals).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dress for the occasion! Your gym outfit isn\u2019t the only thing that matters, it makes a great deal. When we feel good, we feel motivated. On the New York Time, it is suggested that that out clothes can make a difference in the way we feel. It is referred to as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2012\/04\/03\/science\/clothes-and-self-perception.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">enclothed cognition<\/a>. Various fitness brands put out stylish gym wear allowing us to feel trendy while working out. Seeing these stylish gym wear makes us that much motivated to work out.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/3oEhn0y9DgvOR1Jg76\/giphy.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Get a gym buddy! Go to the gym with a friend that has gym goals to reach just like you do. Talk to a friend about the goals you have. If you share fitness goals, you will push each other to do your best in every workout. You don\u2019t want to let each other down! There are many duo workouts out there for you and your friend on YouTube, Instagram and online. Here are some you can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planetfitness.com\/community\/articles\/6-fun-partner-workouts-you-and-your-gym-buddy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">try out<\/a>. Working out with someone will help you take accountability.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/jngqe8kTMv5ZRfPYNt\/giphy.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Music! Music! Music!<\/p>\n<p>Throw on your headphones and put on your favourite playlist. Music improves the quality of your workout. You\u2019re focused on pushing yourself and putting you in a better mood. The rhythm motivates you and elevates your entire mood. Spotify and Apple Music, a widely used media platform. There are almost 3.5 million paid <a href=\"https:\/\/musically.com\/2020\/02\/19\/spotify-apple-how-many-users-big-music-streaming-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Apple Music and Spotify users<\/a>.
